1. What are the operation hours for phone orders and customer service?

   	Monday through Sunday & Public Holidays
   Phone order and customer service hours	8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

2. What is our pricing policy?

   Prices and promotions may change daily at midnight. The on-line store will close for a few minutes before midnight to update prices and promotions. You will be charged the price applicable as at the time of purchase.

3. How do I report a problem?

   If there are any problems with your order, discrepancies must be reported within three days of receipt. You can report the problem via telephone at 2299-3988, via fax at 2299-2988, or by sending e-mail to: mpjservice@dairy-farm.com.hk.
